Our Mission
Supernatural Leadership Academy exists to equip leaders through practical ministry training, theological development, leadership formation, and personal transformation.
Our programs are designed to combine spiritual formation, leadership activation, practical ministry application, and structured educational development within a faith-based learning environment.
We are committed to developing leaders who can effectively serve and lead within ministry, the marketplace, and the culture, in a real practical way.
Why Supernatural Leadership
We recognize that having ‘supernatural' at the forefront of our focus may cause fear for some, but let us explain why this is important. While we could have patterned ourselves after a traditional leadership academy, our desire is to develop the leader within you after the example of Jesus. We believe Jesus (God in the flesh) was and is a presence-led leader and, as such, is the greatest representation of a supernatural leader. When His ‘super’ touches the ‘natural’ part of our lives, it is supernatural.
So many people fear the supernatural because they fear what they don’t understand. We get it, but this academy aims to demystify, define, and scripturally explain biblical supernatural truths in ways that can be practically applied to our everyday life and leadership. Whether you are taking our full-year programs or our on-demand course curriculum, this is our main goal.
Our promise is this: if you apply yourself and practice what you are learning, your life and leadership will be transformed, resulting in the transformation of the sphere of influence you are called to walk in.
Our Founder
S H A W N G A B I E
Shawn Gabie has spent over two decades studying biblical and systematic theology, pastoring, and traveling around the world speaking, teaching, leading, and training others to live out a supernatural life. He has been a spiritual coach, mentor, and advisor, helping individuals realize their purpose, walk in the supernatural, and experience real transformation. He has developed training courses, and mobilized thousands over the years to move into their calling to impact society.
Shawn, along with his wife Michelle, founded the internationally known charitable organization, Kingdom Culture, as well as a local church community in which he and Michelle are the lead Pastors. He has made appearances on Christian and secular television and is the author of “Secrets of the Supernatural Life” published by Destiny Image.
He is the founder of the Supernatural Leadership School (formerly known as the School of Daniel EST. 2004) and regularly produces a podcast for leaders in the church and marketplace called the Supernatural Leadership Podcast available on all podcast platforms. Shawn has traveled extensively around the world and has been involved in training and coaching both young and old in supernatural life, crossing denominational lines in the church, and working with business leaders and influencers in the marketplace.
