1. What is the Supernatural Leadership Academy?
The Supernatural Leadership Academy is an online leadership and ministry training academy designed to develop leaders for ministry, business, and cultural influence. Through a combination of biblical teaching, leadership development, practical application, mentorship, and community, students are equipped to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.
2. Is SLA an accredited university?
No, the Supernatural Leadership Academy is an independent leadership and ministry training academy and is not an accredited university. However, SLA has established pathway partnerships and articulation agreements with select university partners that may provide eligible students with transfer credit and pathway opportunities into accredited degree programs.
3. What is a pathway program?
A pathway program is a structured learning journey designed to provide leadership, ministry, and theological training while creating opportunities for students to continue their educational journey through partner institutions.
4. What is Faith International University?
Faith International University is an accredited Christian university recognized through the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). Through our articulation partnership, eligible SLA students may receive consideration for transfer credit and academic pathway opportunities toward accredited bachelor's and master's degree programs, subject to university admissions and transfer policies.
5. What is Wagner University?
Wagner University is a Christian university partner that provides earned religious degree pathway opportunities for eligible Supernatural Leadership Academy students. Through this partnership, qualifying graduates may have the opportunity to pursue earned religious bachelor's and master's degree pathways while building upon the leadership and ministry training completed through SLA. Admissions, degree requirements, and program eligibility are determined by Wagner University.
6. What is the difference between the Faith International University and Wagner University pathways?
Faith International University provides academic pathway opportunities through an accredited university partnership, which may include transfer credit toward accredited degree programs. Wagner University provides earned religious degree pathway opportunities designed for students pursuing ministry and leadership development within a faith-based educational framework. Students should carefully review the requirements and outcomes of each pathway to determine which option best aligns with their educational goals.
7. Can my coursework transfer to a university?
Eligible students may receive consideration for transfer credit and pathway opportunities through select partner institutions. Transfer recognition, admissions requirements, and degree completion requirements are determined by each partner institution.
8. Will completing SLA earn me an accredited degree?
No. Completing an SLA pathway does not automatically award an accredited university degree. Students interested in earning an accredited degree must complete the admissions and degree requirements of the partner institution they choose to attend.
9. What is the difference between the Bachelor's Pathway and the Master's Pathway?
The Bachelor's Pathway focuses on foundational leadership, ministry, spiritual formation, and personal development. The Master's Pathway in Leadership & Applied Theology is an advanced pathway designed for experienced leaders seeking deeper leadership formation, theological development, organizational leadership, and practical implementation.
10. Are the programs live or self-paced?
Our pathways utilize a hybrid model that includes on-demand content, guided learning, cohort engagement, leadership development activities, and live online gatherings throughout the year.
11. What are cohorts?
Cohorts are smaller learning communities led by trained leaders that provide accountability, discussion, mentorship, encouragement, and practical application of course content.
12. What are Kingdom Leadership Labs?
Kingdom Leadership Labs are live online gatherings designed to bring students together for leadership development, coaching, special presentations, networking, and practical leadership training.
13. Can I work full-time while completing the program?
Yes. The Supernatural Leadership Academy is specifically designed for busy leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and working adults. Our learning model combines flexible on-demand content with scheduled cohort engagement and live leadership gatherings, allowing students to grow and develop while balancing work, family, ministry, and other responsibilities.
14. Is this only for pastors and ministry leaders?
No. While many pastors and ministry leaders participate, the Academy is designed for leaders in ministry, business, education, government, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurship, and other spheres of cultural influence.
15. Do you offer one-on-one coaching or mentoring?
Yes. In addition to pathway training, students may access private coaching and mentoring opportunities with Ps. Shawn Gabie. These personalized sessions are designed to help leaders navigate ministry, leadership, organizational development, vision implementation, team building, personal growth, and strategic decision-making.
Private coaching is offered separately from pathway enrollment and is subject to availability.
16. Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Students who successfully complete program requirements may receive a certificate of completion recognizing their participation and achievement within the Academy.
17. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available to help students participate without needing to pay the full tuition upfront.
18. What is your refund policy?
We want every student to be confident in their enrollment decision. Refund eligibility, timelines, and program-specific policies are outlined during the registration process and may vary by pathway or promotional offer. Students are encouraged to review the enrollment agreement and refund policy prior to registration or contact our team with any questions before enrolling.
19. Can I participate if I live outside of Canada?
Yes. Students participate from various nations around the world. All programming is delivered online, allowing leaders to participate regardless of location.
20. What happens after I complete the program?
Graduates may continue into advanced pathways, leadership opportunities, university pathway opportunities through partner institutions, mentorship initiatives, or practical ministry and marketplace leadership development.
