Curriculum & Educational Philosophy
OUR EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Supernatural Leadership Academy is built upon three foundational pillars:
1. Spiritual Formation
Developing character, integrity, deep spiritual maturity, leadership health, and personal transformation.
2. Practical Ministry Application
Equipping students with real-world leadership tools, ministry experience, communication skills, biblical understanding, and practical activation.
3. Structured Academic Development
Providing organized theological study, leadership education, written assessments, research-based learning, and guided educational progression.
We believe effective leadership formation requires both spiritual development and educational structure working together.
EDUCATIONAL PATHWAYS
1. On-Demand Course Curriculum (for everyone and as elective opportunities)
Self-Paced Leadership & Ministry Training
Short-term online learning experiences designed for personal growth, ministry equipping, and leadership development.
Students can complete courses at their own pace through practical online video teaching, guided exercises and personal application.

Students receive a Certificate of Completion for each completed course.
2. Certificate in Leadership Track
The Certificate in Leadership Track is designed for students who desire personal growth, leadership development, and practical learning without completing the full assessment requirements of a pathway program.
Students enrolled in the Certificate in Leadership Track are expected to complete the required video lessons and learning content associated with their selected program. Upon successful completion of the required content, students will receive an official Supernatural Leadership Academy Certificate of Completion recognizing their participation in the program.
The Certificate in Leadership Track is intended for personal enrichment, leadership development, and continuing education. This track does not include quizzes, written assignments, capstone projects, transcript generation, academic evaluation, transfer-credit consideration, or eligibility for university pathway opportunities through partner institutions.
Students seeking transcript issuance, pathway completion recognition, transfer-credit consideration, or eligibility for university partnership opportunities should enroll in and successfully complete the full Pathway Track requirements, including all quizzes, assignments, assessments, and program completion standards.
3. Bachelor's Pathway
Bachelor’s Pathway in Applied Theology
A structured bachelor-level ministry and theology pathway designed for students pursuing theological education, leadership development, and practical ministry preparation.
This pathway includes elevated academic expectations such as written assignments, theological reflection papers, quizzes, assessments, leadership practicums, and a capstone project.

“Supernatural Leadership Academy has established an articulation partnership with Faith International University, a TRACS-accredited institution, allowing qualifying students the opportunity to pursue transfer credit and/or advanced standing into select Faith International degree pathways, subject to Faith International’s transfer policies and academic evaluation.”
"Students may have the opportunity to pursue a parallel enrollment pathway with Faith International University while simultaneously participating in Supernatural Leadership Academy programs."
Transfer Credit Pathway
Students who successfully complete the Supernatural Leadership Academy BA Pathway and Master's Pathway may be eligible to enter accredited degree pathways through Faith International University with substantial transfer credit opportunities. Depending upon individual evaluation and program selection, these transfer credits may significantly reduce the time and tuition required to complete a university degree.
All transfer credit awards are subject to Faith International University's transfer policies, academic evaluation, and degree requirements.
Parallel Enrollment Pathway
Students may also have the opportunity to pursue a parallel enrollment pathway with Faith International University while participating in Supernatural Leadership Academy programs.
Through this pathway, qualifying students may begin working toward an accredited university degree while simultaneously completing their Supernatural Leadership Academy training. This integrated approach may allow students to maximize transfer opportunities and accelerate their overall educational journey.
Participation, transfer credit awards, and degree completion timelines remain subject to Faith International University's admissions requirements, academic policies, and program evaluation.
Potential Time and Tuition Savings
Through our articulation partnership with Faith International University, eligible students may be able to transfer qualifying coursework completed through Supernatural Leadership Academy toward an accredited degree program. This transfer recognition may reduce the number of courses required at the university level, resulting in potential savings in both time and tuition while continuing academic and leadership development.
TRACS-Accredited University Partner
Faith International University is an accredited Christian university recognized through the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). This partnership provides eligible SLA students with access to accredited degree pathway opportunities while building upon the leadership and ministry training completed through Supernatural Leadership Academy.
WAGNER UNIVERSITY
"Graduates of the Supernatural Leadership Academy BA Pathway may receive direct entry into Wagner University's Master's degree pathways through the established partnership between Supernatural Leadership Academy and Wagner University, subject to Wagner University's admissions and enrollment requirements."
Supernatural Leadership Academy also maintains an articulation partnership with Wagner University based out of Pasadena, California, through which qualified graduates may be eligible for earned religious Bachelor’s degree in Ministry. This is a conferral consideration, and grants eligibility to apply into select Master’s-level programs offered by Wagner University, subject to institutional requirements and policies. Wagner University is registered with the state of California and Colorado with the authority to grant earned religious degrees.
Admission, transfer, conferral, and academic progression are not automatically guaranteed and remain subject to institutional review and approval.
4. Master’s Pathway
Master’s Pathway in Advanced Leadership & Applied Theology
An advanced leadership and theological formation pathway designed for experienced marketplace leaders, ministers, and graduates seeking deeper academic integration, leadership systems development, theological reflection, and ministry application.
This pathway combines advanced leadership study, applied theology, mentoring, practical ministry strategy, and research-based learning.

UNDERSTANDING EARNED RELIGIOUS DEGREES vs. ACADEMIC DEGREES
Earned Religious Degree
An earned religious degree is a faith-based theological or ministry degree awarded by a religious institution or through a religious educational pathway. These degrees are generally centered on ministry preparation, theological education, leadership development, and spiritual formation.
Earned religious degrees are common within ministry, Bible college, seminary, and faith-based educational environments.

Academic Degree
An academic degree is typically granted by a government-recognized or accredited college or university operating under the educational regulations of its jurisdiction.
