SLA Cohort Leader Opportunity
Lead a Cohort. Develop Leaders. Grow your Influence. Get compensated.
At Supernatural Leadership Academy, we believe leadership development happens best in community.
As our academy continues to grow, we are launching a cohort-based leadership model designed to provide students with greater connection, accountability, mentorship, and practical leadership development.
This creates an exciting opportunity for graduates and qualified leaders to serve as Cohort Leaders while continuing their own growth journey.
The Vision
Our vision is simple: Develop Leaders who Develop Leaders.
Rather than simply consuming content, students participate in leadership cohorts where they can ask questions, process lessons, build relationships, receive encouragement, and grow alongside others.
Each cohort is designed to create a healthy environment where students are known, supported, challenged, and equipped.
As a Cohort Leader, you become an important part of helping students successfully complete their leadership journey.
A Growing Leadership Movement
Our vision extends beyond a single cohort launch.
As enrollment and leadership capacity continue to grow, Supernatural Leadership Academy anticipates launching new cohorts throughout the year, with a goal of introducing new cohort opportunities approximately every 90 days.
Each cohort is intentionally designed to consist of approximately 8–15 students, creating an environment where meaningful relationships, accountability, mentorship, and leadership development can thrive.
As the academy expands, qualified Cohort Leaders may have opportunities to lead future cohorts, develop additional leaders, and increase their sphere of influence and responsibility within the academy community.
As new cohorts are launched, experienced Cohort Leaders may also have opportunities to mentor and support emerging Cohort Leaders, helping us continue to develop leaders who develop leaders.

Cohort FAQ
Questions? We've got answers.
Explore the most common questions about our Cohort Program
1. Do leaders have to personally recruit students?
No, leaders may be assigned academy-generated students and still receive leadership compensation.
2. Can someone recruit students without being a cohort leader?
Yes. Approved affiliate partners may recruit students and receive affiliate commissions without leadership authority.
3. Can current BA students refer people?
Yes, but students must apply and be approved.
4. Can leaders receive both leadership pay and affiliate commissions?
Yes. Leadership pay is based on students led. Affiliate pay is based on students personally recruited. The two can stack.
5. What happens if a student cancels?
Cohort Leadership Payouts connected to that student stop on the next billing cycle. Same for Affiliates if not paid in full before. If they are on a monthly plan, and they cancel, you will stop receiving commission on the next billing cycle, but what you had already received remains with you.
6. Who decides cohort placement?
SLA leadership reserves the right to strategically assign students across cohorts.
7. Are leaders employees?
No, the intended structure is of an independent contractor
